Security sources in Niger revealed that seven civilians were killed this week by terrorists in a village, in the Tillaberi region in western Niger, near Burkina Faso.
The Nigerian army said in its latest operational bulletin that “terrorists on motorcycles attacked the village of Dosso Korego, located about 13 kilometers northwest of Kokoro, killing seven civilians and stealing livestock.”
He pointed out that counter-terrorism forces killed 13 terrorists and arrested 29 others in the area before this attack occurred.
