Synergy University announced its plans to open a new multilingual school in Egypt during the 2024-2025 academic year.
The school is set to teach three languages: Russian, English and Arabic. This idea was greatly supported by Russian Consul General in Hurghada, Viktor Vorobiev.
The Consul pointed out that this initiative aims at preserving the Russian language and culture, and is considered an essential step to strengthen ties between Russian citizens living in Egypt and their motherland. Vorobiev stressed that opening a Russian school may lead to increased demand from Egyptians interested in Russian universities and colleges.
The Consul added that this opportunity to obtain a Russian education in Egypt contributes to enhancing Russia’s image positively, which leads to an increase in the number of Egyptian students wishing to pursue their studies in Russian educational institutions every year.
