Morocco is preparing to welcome a group of African teams to conduct their training camps and face football challenges.

CAF has set the period between 18 and 28 March 2024 for the preliminary round confrontations, while the group stage matches in the first and second rounds will be played between 2 and 10 September 2024.

The third and fourth rounds will take place between 7 and 15 October 2024, while the matches of the last two rounds will be played between 11 and 19 November 2024.

Morocco succeeded in gaining the confidence of CAF, the African organization responsible for football in Africa, without conditions to organize three continental events at once, namely the 2025 African Cup, the 2024 African Women’s Cup and the 2024 African Futsal Cup.

Morocco is witnessing the arrival of 14 African teams for intensive training camps, taking advantage of the infrastructure and capabilities of the Kingdom in support of African sports.

During the month of March, the Kingdom will host 14 friendly matches between African teams during the international break.

The meetings will include:

Morocco vs Angola.

Morocco vs. Mauritania.

Comoros vs. Uganda.

Nigeria challenges Ghana.

Mauritania vs Mali.

Comoros meets Angola.

Uganda faces Ghana.

Nigeria meets Mali.

Niger competes with Togo.

Burkina Faso hosts Libya.

Burkina Faso faces Niger.

Togo meets Libya.

Sudan faces Guinea-Bissau.

Guinea-Bissau returns to meet Sudan.

The Kingdom will also host 4 decisive matches in the qualifiers for the tournament, including:

Somalia v. Eswatini.

Sao Tome vs. South Sudan.

South Sudan reopens with Sao Tome.

Djibouti challenges Liberia.
